A free month for a conversation

We are new, and the fastest way for us to build the right thing is to hear from people running two stores for real. So we trade: you tell us how the sync works for you, we add a month to your trial.
What we ask for
A written conversation. We send a handful of questions - what you expected StoreTwin to do, what it actually did, where it got in your way, what you had to work around - and you answer them in your own words, in as much or as little detail as you like. It usually takes fifteen minutes. There is no call: we work in writing.
What we do not ask for, ever
A review is not required, not implied and not checked. We do not ask you to write one, we do not look at whether you did, and the free month does not depend on it in any way. If you later decide to review StoreTwin, that is entirely your business and has nothing to do with this offer. Paid reviews are against Shopify's rules and we are not going anywhere near that line.
We also do not ask you to keep using the app, to say anything publicly, or to be positive. Telling us the app disappointed you is worth the same month as telling us it saved your week - the second kind is nicer to read, the first kind is more useful.
What you get, exactly
Thirty days added to the trial of your current plan. Your plan does not change, your price does not change, and nothing is charged during those days. You can cancel any time from your Shopify admin, before or after the extension - the month is yours either way, and we do not ask for it back.
One month per store. If an agency brings us several client stores, we extend up to three of them - beyond that, write to us and we will talk about it as a proper arrangement rather than a giveaway.
How to take it
Write to support@storetwin.app and say you want the free month. We reply with the questions, you answer, and the extension is applied to your subscription. If you already wrote to us about something else and ended up telling us how the sync behaves for you - that counts, say so and we will apply it.
You need an active subscription for the extension to have anything to extend: the free plan has no trial to add days to. Our plans.
The boring but honest part
We can stop offering this at any time, and the offer applies while this page says it does. Extensions already applied stay applied. We store your answers to make the product better and nothing else: they are not published, not passed to anyone, and not attached to your catalogue data. Privacy policy.
