StoreTwin and Easify Inventory Sync, compared
These two apps overlap less than the category name suggests. Easify is broad and inexpensive; StoreTwin is narrow and spends its effort on proving the result. Figures below come from Easify's App Store listing on 6 August 2026, and prices move - check before deciding.
Price, at the sizes most stores are
Compare tiers by the volume they actually cover, not by the headline number. At 1,000 synced products StoreTwin is $29 a month and Easify is $29.99, because their $9.99 tier stops at 500. With no product limit at all StoreTwin is $49 and Easify is $59.99.
Below 500 products, and at around 5,000, their tier lands cheaper. Everything StoreTwin does is included at every tier - both audits, every field it syncs, your own metafields, unlimited connections - with no add-ons to buy later.
Two different jobs
Easify covers more object types: alongside products and inventory they list orders, collections, pages, blogs and metafields, plus syncing inside a single store for bundles and raw materials. StoreTwin syncs a catalogue between stores and never touches orders at all.
The trade is deliberate. A narrower job leaves room for the part nobody else does.
What only StoreTwin does
Knowing that the copy is still correct. StoreTwin compares both catalogues field by field - hourly for what changed, daily in full - and reports every difference by product and field with both values. That comparison is the product, not a status light next to it.
And the rules around writing: nothing is ever deleted, a product that cannot be matched with certainty goes to a review queue instead of being duplicated, stores cannot be paired into a ring, and nothing is copied at all until you approve twice. Those are the failures that cost a weekend when they happen.
How to choose between them
Take Easify if you need the object types StoreTwin does not sync - orders, pages and blogs, bundle inventory inside a single store.
Take StoreTwin if the catalogue is the part that matters and you want to be able to prove it matches: $29 a month up to 1,000 synced products, $49 with no limit at all, both audits and every field included on every plan, and a difference report that names the product, the field and both values.
If you already run Easify, our free plan audits your whole catalogue, including one another app is syncing. Running it alongside for a week costs nothing and answers the only question that matters: do the stores actually match today. How the audit works ยท Our pricing
